| One of the best parts of my job is getting to photograph the children of past clients. Megan and Pete are two of my most favorite clients from when I first started photographing weddings and now they have two gorgeous girls!! It was a true joy to spend the morning with them and their stunning little girls! |

I LOVE weddings off-island. Don't get me wrong, I LOVE the Vineyard but there's just something about shooting in a new place that I really really enjoy.
Heather and Brian are awesome! Truly wonderful people with great families and friends. The kind of couple every wedding photographer dreams of working with and thankfully, they're all mine! :)

Summer is here!!

Memorial weekend is the un-official kick off to summer but everyone around here knows that the "Taste of the Vineyard" is the official summer kick off party!! It's all bar-b-ques, back yard parties and weddings from here on out!!
Last night marked the 5th year in a row we've been invited to participate in the Preservation Trust's annual fund raising blow out party of the summer. It's always a blast! I typically eat entirely too much and generally have way to much fun! "The Couch" is always a huge hit and it's fun to see folks year after year.
Thanks to Chris Scott, Janet Heath and the rest of the folks at the Preservation Trust for another great bash!

This season is off to an amazing start! Rollin and David, in sooo many ways, are the perfect clients. They are warm, compassionate, friendly, creative and totally and completely in love. Add to that a willingness to be themselves and truly enjoy the moment....... I had a blast and our time flew by! I just knew I'd love photographing this wedding and have to admit at being a little sad it's over. Maybe they'll renew their vows next year!? :)

For the second time in a year I spent the day in Manchester-by-the-Sea with one of my favorite families. And once again they totally hit the weather jackpot with yet another amazing day. There's just something humbling, wonderful, thankful, nerve racking, exciting.. about being asked by a sibling (hi Katharine!!) of a past client to photograph their wedding. It's really the highest compliment I can get. Add to that, an incredible location, amazing coordinators and a stunning couple....i'm in heaven!

This Saturday's Wedding was AMAZING!!! Amazing weather, amazing light, amazing couple, amazing place, it was just glorious. I was giddy all day, the Allen Farm is my new favorite spot on the Island. Annabel and Eben, you two are beautiful! Check it out...

Sunday was an amazing day in Chatham, Mother Nature really pulled through and gave us a few perfect moments of sun shower between the mist and fog. It was a fantastic day for a fantastic couple! Kelly and Eric, you two Rock! These too are peas of the same pod and it shines through in their moments together...

After a glorious winter off shooting in the caribbean, and on other islands across the atlantic (Ireland), I'm back on the Vineyard and have started off the wedding season with a bang! We had so much fun on Sunday despite the drizzle, Jaime and David were up for anything, gotta love that! So we did everything! Here's a peak...
